Pizza Kingdom Menu

Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Cholesterol

Keep your pizza intake to one slice to avoid high cholesterol intake while you dine at Pizza Hut. Skip Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice as it contains a high amount of fat and the sodium levels are also very high. Avoid the desserts section completely to limit the fat and sugar intake. Not sure why they have bad reviews, but I would give it a four star for sure. Food is unquestionable good with fair pricing. The only inconvenience is their minimum delivery fee.

12 pepperonis on a large pizza seems a bit sparse. I guess I should have read the Yelp reviews before I placed my order. They did deliver when they estimated they would so that was an unexpected surprise... but it didn't really make up for the rather ordinary pizza.

Decided to give this place another chance...definitely don't order from here. They took an hour longer than they should have to arrive and I ended up paying $8 for ice cream I never got. Seriously, just don't. The food is decent, but definitely not worth the headache and dissatisfaction.

I have been hesitant to order from here in the past because of the high delivery fee and minimum ($20 and $3 delivery). After a crock pot malfunction that ruined dinner I was tasked with ordering out at 11pm (we eat real late). This place was open so we decided to give it a whirl. I got a pepperoni and extra cheese calzone. This thing was MASSIVE. These things tend to be pretty large but this place made it extra big. Stuffed with pepperoni, cheese and a sausage sauce. There was actually a huge amount of sausage in it even though I didn't order it (not complaining!). Crust was good. Husband had lasagna. Huge portion. Lots of gooey cheese. It was yummy. My only disappointment is in a small bit of false advertising. The menu has an oreo cheesecake on it but it was actually one of those little creme pies you get at Burger King. Not a cheesecake at all and it was way overpriced at $3. Even with that we will be ordering here again. I'm picky when it comes to pizza (Jersey girl) so I appreciate places with good sauce and crust.

Funny how yelp removed my review lol

Huge pizza slices....reasonable prices...catering to the college crowd and tastebuds. It's funny how your taste preferences change over time. If you are hungry, this is a great place to fill 'er up.

I've been dining in the College Park area for the majority of the last 15 years (probably before that too, but the options were pretty limited before 2000). I continue to be amazed at the sheer number of legit takeout options in CP these days. Pizza Kingdom is a new a long overdue arrival, serving the Zabihah/Halal eating population with treats such as (halal) pepperoni pizza, wings, and other American comfort foods. The pizza is pretty darn good. The buffalo wings are also fantastic, which is awesome since RJ's is now closed. Service is also friendly. I think they could do without the ridiculously extensive menu (who orders pasta here??) but I've been generally pleased with my food here and am glad I have a solid spot to hit up on my lunch break. Very important tip: Do not order the chicken tenders. They are terrible.

So I found a huge finger nail baked in my pizza crust. No joke. So disgusted I may vomit. Someone is having the health department called on them ASAP. Stay away There is plenty of better pizza by college park Stay away

Located next to Potbellys, where Panda used to be. Same chain that owns the infamous Jumbo Slice in DC. Good if you're looking for a quick, greasy meal of pizza or wings... but probably much better when you aren't sober. The jumbo slice is a good deal: $5 for cheese + $1 for an additional topping. If you've never had jumbo slice before, it's about the size of 4 slices of pizza. The pizza isn't anything to rave about, but it's still pretty good and manages to last me two meals. They don't skimp at all on the cheese and toppings and I personally appreciate the thicker crust. Reheats well. Pretty greasy though so avoid this place if you're a health nut. Only complaint is that they gave me "Italian Salami" rather than Pepperoni... didn't offer to remake my order even when I told them they got it wrong. Good thing I'm not picky. Tons of variety on the menu - lots of pizza options, salads, wings, tator tots, fries, etc. Prices aren't listed on the menu boards in the store. There's limited seating inside also, but I've never seen it get too crowded.

Just tried Pizza Kingdom for the first time! OMG!! the pizza is fantastic. I got a large pizza with Italian salami, garlic and extra cheese. Just great. And I know pizza since I am a native New Yorker. I also had the jalapeno poppers. It comes with a sauce which brings the whole experience together. From now on if our house wants pizza it's call Pizza Kingdom

You get what you paid for. Huge cardboard pizza that fulfills your hunger, but nothing I would consider quality food. Only go here if you're trying to get full off of very little money.

  • Arika K.

It was mediocre food, it took them almost an hour to deliver it and all I got was 2 pizzas... I did NOT receive my chicken. I advise this: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This was ridiculous, also the lady that answered was short and rather rude when she could not understand my phone number. I do not recommend ordering from here... order from Domino's they're quicker, politer, and get your order correct.

I like to consider myself a pizza expert being from New York. Ya'll got it all wrong here. People like to dip in ranch and blue cheese and it should be cups not those bad tasting packets. They throw an already cooked slice in the oven after they put your toppings on and layer again in cheese... Reheating to cook toppings and melt more cheese makes it not so great... Pizza mart next door has it right

  • Saif A.

The cheesesteaks here are really good. The pizza was decent but I should have gotten the jumbo slice. It looks more like a New York slice which is what I prefer. The wings are ok I prefer mine a little crunchier. I would definately go back especially since the people behind the counter were extremely nice. It's really important to have happy people make your food.

The pizza is fine...if you've been drinking. Otherwise, it's nothing to write home about. The real problem is the service and the delivery. I ordered two pizzas today, and I understand that this is a college town, except that today was the day that all of the dorms closed...so everyone was kicked off of campus for winter break. College park is eerie without all of the students here, so how is this place busy? I ordered the pizza at 6, was told that it would arrive within 45 minutes. At 7, it still wasn't at my house, so I called them and was told that it would be there in 5-10 minutes. At 7:30, still not here... Called back again, the manager got on the phone with the driver and then told me that it would be at my house in less than 5 minutes. I told the manager that if they say it will be delivered in 45 minutes, then if it gets here in under an hour, great, but an hour and half is ridiculous, especially on a night when all the college kids have already left. Ali was his name, he refused to apologize, refused any discount for poor service, and essentially said, "you will get your pizza whenever it gets to you." I of course still tipped the driver, I don't believe that it was his fault entirely and I don't want to punish his already probably paltry wages. But when it comes down to it, this pizza is mediocre at best, and they cater to drunk college kids. SKIP IT AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Ordered at 11pm. No delivery after midnight so we went down to the location to pick up driver was on his way back we were told at 1215. By 1 am we just said fuck it and went to jumbo slices next door. My first and last time. This place sucks at customer service. I even called back earlier to make sure they got my number. She repeated the wrong number I corrected her and asked for a call. Never even got a call.

The food is decent at best but the employees are horrible. I came in with a friend and we ordered food. There was already a group of people that had ordered before us. We were patiently waiting for our pizza and we were a little concerned since some of us did not get a receipt for our pizza. Our concerns began to rise when more people had ordered and our slices had yet to come. One of my friends had asked what I thought to be a reasonable question(He asked when our food would be ready) and a employee working the counter immediately started acting extremely rude and gave him sass. Eventually the pizza was ready and the same employee yelled out 5-6 orders of the same thing. She gave me ALL the boxes and I had to sort out who's pizza went to which person. Mind you I did not work here. Multiple people I did not know approached me and claimed that they had paid for a pizza and needed one. So i proceeded to give them one. So as I was leaving a friend of mine asked whether or not I wanted to eat here and I told him I did not want to eat at an establishment that did not respect customers. The second I said that, the same employee immediately began yelling and claimed the same friend that asked how long our pizza was taking said "He told me to throw the pizza at him". I immediately was furious. First off that was a lie. I was standing right next to him when this whole ordeal happened. He did not say that. Second he is the nicest and politest guy I know, he would NOT ever say that. I have worked in the service industry for quite sometime and this is NOT how you treat a customer. If you value customer service please do NOT go here. My family runs a business in the service industry and this is NOT how you treat a customer.

Very large portions and service is great! Walk in to smiling employees. Had my first Halal pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Definitely a place to try

This place is amazing. I wonder why many people haven't discover this place. Food quality, customer service and environment are great! They serve large food portions for cheap prices. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking forward to have a nice and enjoyable time with friends and family.

Had pizza delivered from this location; service was good, the pizza was delivered in the time they said. The pizza was good, only the sauce was VERY salty, at least for my taste. I'll probably try them again and if they can cut back on the salt in the sauce, I'll up my rating.

  • Meli B.

Food was just ok. My Shrimp platter tasted extremely greasy. The cheese steak was bland. The delivery was pretty fast. It did suck that the delivery guy couldn't deliver my food to the door. Now I know not to tip before I get my order.

  • O O.

Pretty good pizza (when you're really hungry, especially), but I'm no pizza snob. Walked in and ordered a basic pepperoni & cheese for take out, they got it made fairly quickly and it was actually cheaper than what their menu said, which was a nice surprise.

So College Park is suddenly awash in decent pizza. First Slices, now Pizza Kingdom. This is not New York quality pizza, but the ingredients are fresh, the salads are tasty, the delivery is prompt, and the pizza is pretty good. The five stars here is for bringing pretty good pizza to a town that once only had dreck (Ledo's doesn't count as its unique brand of Maryland pizza is a different category). Hooray for Slices and Pizza Kingdom.
